Through awareness training, one-on-one support, and extensive resources - we can eradicate the cyber scam business!
At Cyber Allies Project, our mission is to provide top-tier education and awareness training to eldery populations in the Northern Colorado Region on cyber scams and computer fundamentals. Together, with compassion, patience, and love - we can reduce cyber crime and protect those most important to us!
I was frustrated at the lack of community resources available for senior citizens, in regards to cyber scams. Too many of my friends and family had been effected by this terrible crime, and I wanted to do something about it. The Cyber Allies Project is a way for me to educate vulnerable communities on defending themselves against cyber crime through hands-on awareness training and one-on-one education.
I'm in the midst of my Master's of Science in Cyber Security and Information Assurance program through Western Governors University, and currently hold two industry certifications:
CompTIA's Cyber Security Analyst (CySA+)
&
International Information System Security Certification Consortium's Certified in Cyber Security (CC)
In addition to my academics, I've been invovled with information technology ever since high school through building my own computers, serving in my local church's IT department, part-time help desk jobs, cyber securitry responsibilites in my day job, etc.
I believe in leading with compassion, empathy, and patience whenever I'm assiting someone with their cyber security needs. To me, it is imperative to build a relationship with each client to ensure they feel heard, seen, and understood as the begin learning how to defend themselves online.
